The following Policies govern use of this site and the purchase of goods through M+A.  M+A reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the Policies set forth below. All M+A goods are made by hand by our artisan partners. When your order has been received by M+A, you will receive an email confirming the order.  In general, orders are processed in 2 - 3 business days from our fulfillment center in Poughkeepsie, New York. Please note once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel or modify the order. If you need to cancel or modify an order that has been processed, please refer to our Returns policy.



We are currently shipping to addresses within the United States and Canada.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received, and a shipment confirmation with tracking information once the order has been processed. Most orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex unless otherwise specified. All orders of $300 or more are entitled to free US ground shipping (though not return shipping).

Rates are constantly in flux with all of the carriers, depending on the weight and dimensions of the box that your items are shipped in.  Our fulfillment center will ship your order the least expensive way available among the carriers, on any given day, to get your package to you.  Despite the fulfillment center choosing the least expensive way, often it means that M+A absorbs some of the cost. Please note that the estimated shipping time begins the day your order is received by the carrier, not the day that the order was placed. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. On occasion, an item you selected might be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you upon receipt of your order.

You are responsible for providing M + A with correct billing and shipping information. If an order has been shipped to an inaccurate address that you have provided, we cannot be held responsible.  If you refuse a shipment from M+A or do not pick up your package, and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, any assessed customs duties or taxes, and a 25% restocking fee. This total will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

We realize you need a bit of time to make sure that you want to keep your M + A purchase, so we give our customers 10 days from the date of receipt of their purchase to make their decision.  We want you to love everything that you buy from us.  If you decide you would like to return or exchange a product please let us know by contacting us at hello@mplusanyc.comas soon as possible, but no later than 10 calendar days of receiving your purchase.  After this time we unfortunately won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.  Kindly note that all returns need to be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) so we encourage you to contact us as soon as you can.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the Packing Slip included with the original shipment.  We reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet the requirements stated above.  We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us by emailing hello@mplusanyc.com within 3 days of delivery.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. M+A is not responsible for damaged or lost returns, so we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase insurance. We will not issue refunds for lost or damaged goods.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, your refund, less shipping costs, will be processed within 7 business days, and you will receive an email acknowledging the return. Please check with your credit card company to confirm when your refund will appear on your statement. Generally, this can take up to two billing cycles.



If you wish to make an exchange, please place a new order and return the original merchandise separately. This will ensure the quickest service and that the exchange item you need is in stock. 



All materials, photos, design elements, and text contained on this site are owned by M+A Inc.  Images may be used online by blogs and social tools if credit is given to M+A as the creator of the content, and/or if a link back to MplusANYC.com is provided. Except as noted above, you may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or use the contents of this site without the written permission of M+A NYC.



Please get in touch with your specific custom request - we would love to talk with you about it.  We will not accept returns on any custom orders.  


We have tried to display and describe all products on this site as accurately as possible. Because everything is hand made, there will always be variations in the hand made process. Some variation in the appearance of actual product color may result from the use of differing monitors and their color settings. We cannot be responsible for such variations.



We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will be used solely for the purposes of filling your online order.
